The International Centre for Quality and Management Sciences (ICQMS), Dordrecht based in the Netherlands, is a pioneer in International Training for Quality in Europe. It was established in 1982 as a successor to the International Course on Industrial Quality Control conducted by the Bouwcentrum International Education and introduced in 1966.

ICQMS, with more than 35 years of experience in the field of Quality is the only Institute in The Netherlands that conducts training courses, in English, in Total Quality Management, which are aimed at Developing Countries.

ICQMS has conducted training courses and seminars and carried out consultancy in many developing countries by direct invitations from these countries or financed by organisations such as UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organisation), ITC (International Trade Centre), EU (European Union) or NFP (The Netherlands Fellowship Programme).
